Now, any intense marvel fans out there will remember just how exciting it was when pictures of Tom and Zendaya kissing were shared on social media.

There was so much tension between the 2 before they started dating and everyone just knew something beautiful was going to happen.

I mean, whenever Zendaya walked into a room, Tom had to try to catch his breath after laying eyes on her.

And, now, it looks like Tom is thinking about retiring as spider-man for a while after Spider-Man: No Way Home recently reached cinemas.

It looks like he wants to focus on something else for the time being. And that ‘something’ is starting a family…

When you know, you know, right?

“I’ve been so grateful to Marvel and Sony for giving us the opportunity and keeping us on and allowing our characters to progress. It’s been amazing,” Tom said in an interview with People.

He then said that it might be time for Marvel to introduce someone new into the role: “I would love to see a future of Spider-Man that’s more diverse — maybe you have a Spider-Gwen or a Spider-Woman. We’ve had three Spider-Mans in a row; we’ve all been the same. It’d be nice to see something different.”

And as sad as we’ll all be to say goodbye to Tom Holland as the spider-man we’ve all come to know and love, it seems as though we’ll be seeing Tom acting as a super dad at some point.

So, he’s not leaving the superhero world just yet…

“I’ve spent the last six years being so focused on my career. I want to take a break and focus on starting a family and figuring out what I want to do outside of this world,” he admitted.

We love to hear it.

But, that wasn’t all he said. His admission got even cuter as the interview went on.

“I love kids. I can’t wait to be a dad — I can wait and I will, but I can’t wait!
“If I’m at a wedding or a party, I’m always at the kids’ table hanging out. My dad’s been such a great role model for me. I think I’ve got that from him. So I think I’d be a primary school teacher or something like that,” he finished.

And after his interview, it was Zendaya’s turn to melt everyone’s hearts.

With an Instagram post featuring Tom Holland as Spider-Man when he was younger.

Her caption read: “My Spider-Man, I’m so proud of you, some things never change and good thing.”

We’re not crying, you are!

What do you think of the couple? We just can’t get enough.
