A church that worships with AR-15’s has purchased a huge property in Tennessee to serve as a “training center.”

The Rod of Iron Ministries has acquired the property to serve as a “training center” and holy ground for its followers, Vice reports.

Set across 130 acres, the property is situated on a mountain in eastern Tennessee.

The church, also known as The World Peace and Unification Sanctuary, is founded by Pastor Hyung Jin “Sean Moon.”

It is a byproduct of the Unification Church, which was founded by Moon’s father, Rev. Sun Myung Moon.

Moon founded the Rod of Iron Ministries in 2017 and quickly gathered hundreds of followers.

Moon did so with the help of his brother, CEO of Kahr Air, Kook-jin “Justin” Moon, Vice reports. Kahr Air is a company that manufactures guns which is something that the church incorporates into their religion.

Earlier this year, during a sermon streamed to Rumble, Sean Moon explained that the purpose of the property is to recreate the Unification Church’s infamous spiritual retreat Cheongpyeong, the outlet reports.

“As soon as I was in the vicinity of this property, I immediately felt Cheongpyeong,” Moon said.

“As this spiritual download was happening, and we could feel the presence of Cheongpyeong, we just knew that of all the Tennessee lands that we’ve seen, this is the one that we must get to reclaim and have as a spiritual retreat.”

It is also believed to show that Moon is attempting to expand his reach, the outlet reports.
